Alma Bencze - vocals
She earned her degree as a jazz vocal performer from Kodolányi János University in 2013. She performs regularly with various musical formations at the Budapest Jazz Club, as well as at other concert venues and festivals. She has also performed at the Müpa Jazz Showcase and at the 606 Club in London.
Ádám Bögöthy - guitar
He earned his degree as a jazz guitar performer from Kodolányi János University in 2013, and also completed a Master’s degree in jazz double bass teaching at the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music. He is an Artisjus and Gramofon award-winning artist and a permanent member of numerous leading jazz ensembles.
our collaborations
Our acquaintance dates back to 2011, when we played in the same ensemble during an orchestra practice at the Jazz Department of Kodolányi János University. We have followed each other's careers for many years, but only began playing music together actively in 2020. In addition to the AlmAcoustic Duo, we perform together in the Alma Bencze Quartet and in Four Voices - Four Seasons where Ádám plays the double bass.
